Breathing Into Alignment: The Inner Winds of Prana

Join Guy Friswell for this rich and revealing mixture of education and inquiry. In this workshop, you will learn to sense and align with the movement of breath/prana within your body. You will be guided to feel five essential patterns of energetic movement, called the “prana vayus” or the “winds of prana”. Rather than imposing external shapes upon your body, your body will blossom into its own inner expression of alignment.  Explore the placement of the prana vayus within yoga philosophy, and how to bring this deep, inner alignment into your yoga and movement practice!
